Position Responsibilities
? As a functional specialist in Employee Communication:
? Initiate annual Employee Communication plan to contribute employee engagement
? Build or upgrade employee communication channel with creativeness and passion
? Embed Mission vision value though employee activities, to build company branding
? Lead Corporate Social Responsibility projects, and roll out with marketing sense
? As Functional specialist in Learning & Development:
? Support annual training calendar implementation
? Support on training program designing and delivering
? Record and report relevant KPI
Education & Experience Request:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
? Good knowledge of HR specialist from a fast paced matrix organization
? At least 1 year in HR specialist
? Customer focused & result oriented
? Good communication and interpersonal skills, open
? Project management in cross-function team
? Good logistic thinking and quick learner
? Good verbal and written English skills
? Good at excel/power-point
? Mature; willing to learn new things
? Proactive thinking & take initiatives
