岗位职责：

1, Responsibility for organising the works of new products process development, controlling the production process and products quality;
1、负责组织新产品的工艺开发工作，对其生产过程和质量实施控制；
2, Responsibility for organising the technology supporting on production line；
2、负责组织产品生产的在线技术支持；
3, Responsibility for the failure analysis on line and returned prodcuts, improve the products reliability by urgrading process technology;
3、负责组织产品的在线故障分析和返厂维修产品的缺陷分析工作，通过提高工艺技术持续改善产品可靠性；
4, Improve existing process through improving fixtures, methods, production flow or layout, etc.
4、通过组织设计改进工装夹具、工序方法、生产路线或布局等，优化改进现有生产工艺；
5, Responsibility for the inpurt and verfication of new process technology、new material and new change;
5、负责组织新工艺、新材料和新变更的引进、验证工作；
6, Responsibility for depatment daily staff managerment, help manager achieve other temporary works;
6、负责工艺部日常人员管理，并协助仪器研发部经理完成其他临时任务。

岗位要求：

1, Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Science and Engineering ;
1、理工科专业背景，本科及以上学历；
2, More than 5 years related process development experience in electrical or electromechanical products, has experience in mechanical and electrical assembly、and debugging;
2、5年以上电子或机电产品工艺开发工作经验，有机电类产品的机械电气装配、调试等相关经验；
3, Familiar with quaility controlling in products development, know APQP knowledge, familiar with process controlling ways as FMEA;
3、熟悉产品研发过程中的质量控制要求，了解APQP基础知识，精通FMEA等过程控制手段；
4, Has good hands-on ability, activity to works, has good skills in team communication and team organization;
4、动手能力强，有良好的工作主动性，有良好的团队沟通技巧和团队组织能力；
5, Has good ability to language orgazation and write process documents by word or excel;
5、有良好的语言组织、工艺文档撰写能力；
6, good at English writing, reading and speaking
6、具有良好的英语读写说能力；
以下要求至少应具备一项：
7, Has good electrocircuit theory basis, good experience in electrical failures analysis, prior to the candidate having exeprience in products reliability engineering;
7、有良好的电路理论基础，具备电气故障分析丰富经验，有电气产品可靠性工作经验者优先；
8, Know the production process of instrument or automation equipement, good knowledge to mechanical assembly and debugging;
8、熟悉仪器设备或自动化设备的生产过程，精通机械装配调试；

本岗位将于2012年初搬迁至江苏太仓，届时公司将提供上海太仓来回班车，或者太仓免费宿舍。
