岗位职责：
1, Join in NPI project as test role, draft new products test plan;
1, 参与新产品开发项目，负责起草产品测试计划；
2, According to the project test plan to make project test environment and implement, ensuring the quality of projects and progress;
2、根据项目测试计划制定项目测试环境并实施，保证项目质量和进度；
3,Write and submit test report, and ensure that the test schedule on schedule;
3、编写和提交测试报告，保证测试进度按计划完成；
4, Responsible for testing data collection and analysis, follow up the test problem and verify its improvement;
4、负责测试数据的整理和分析,跟踪测试问题并验证其改进情况；
5, Responsibility for common management of test equipements；
5、负责项目测试设备的日常管理工作；
6, Help instrument R&D in other temporary works;
6、协助研发部完成其他临时工作；

岗位要求：
1, college or above degree, major in Medical Inspection, Bioengineering or other Science and engineering;
1、医学检验、生物医学工程或其他理工科专业，专科或专科以上学历；
2, More than2 years of products test or using experience, certain knowledge in clinical test or mechanical and electronic engineering background.
2、2年以上产品测试或应用经历，有一定的临床检验或机电工程经验；
3,Have medical device industry or immune inspection work background is preferred;
3、有医疗器械行业或免疫检验工作背景者优先考虑;
4, Self motivated, and could work under pressure ;
4、具有主动精神并能够承受工作压力；
5, Good command of team cooperation and customer service spirit
5、良好的团队合作及客户服务精神
6, Good command of read and written English;
6、良好的英语读写能力。
