Major Responsibilities:
This position is expected to collaborate with Sales Director in leading BD team to achieve new city expansion target.

The key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Roll-out city expansion plan
Develop the criteria for new city selection & ROI and distributor selection
 Create bidding process to select the best distributor for new city business development
Lead team to achieve the new city expansion target
 Work closely with other functions to develop 1 year sales plan for new city to  achieve sales target
Lead, motivate, train and develop business development team members

Qualification:
University graduate and working in MNC companies
8 years + sales experience in FMCG products, with at least4-5 years  experiences in distributor management
Strong leadership and effective communication skill
Proven track record of sales achievement and distributor management
Excellent written & spoken English and Mandarin
Willing to travel
