Position: China Sales&Marketing Manager, Yonanas ice cream maker
location: Shanghai, China
Report line: General Manager of Dole China

Main purpose of the role
? Ensures smooth marketing activation of propositions in China to drive leadership positions
? Drives development and execution of local activation plans, insight collection, analysis, and knowledge to bring out a competitive retail image and growing market share.
? Build good business relationship with distributors and retailers in China mainland.
? Coach and train subordinates, build up a highly efficient Biz team in China mainland.
Organisation context of role
? Manages top and bottom line of the SO for the Yonanas
-Achieve sales turnover and sales forecast accuracy of responsible area, and manages SKU portfolio/rationalization/stock
? Runs the annual business planning cycle of the SO for the Yonanas
-Owns the business planning and review cycle
-Creates and executes SO marketing plans (in line with BU marketing strategy, covering relevant categories). Drives One Page Strategy translated into specific account plans
- Responsible for local Demand Plan, Initiate, participate and implement sales and marketing activities
-Drives effective business planning to achieve better execution and results
- Translate together with Sales and Trade Marketing annual business plans into Quarterly and Monthly activity/account plans.
- Drives optimal working of commercial triangle: Marketing -Trade Marketing-Sales
- Deploy best in class Marketing analysis (market share analysis, competition analysis, etc) and define fact based corrective action based on analysis.
? Owns the local market introduction process per proposition
- Develops and executes proposition activation plans in line with category guidelines
- Owns SO activation budget for the Yonanas
? Acts as prime interface to DOLE General Manager
- Tracks sales, market shares and margins.
-Drives and shares local market insights and marketing effectiveness, , and activation best practices
-Functions as lead country on Sales and Marketing initiatives by providing direct input to Yonanas Biz
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in business management is prefered
At least 5 -8 years working experience in market development and market management, and over 3 years in managerial level working experience with Consumer Appliance multinational company is preferable
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Good marketing and business senses, for multi channels in China: Hypermarket, shoppingmall, wholesales, Distributors network, etc
Good communication and management skills, good team player
