职位描述

Finance Manager-财务经理-某知名跨国企业

工作地点:上海虹桥开发区
Report to: General Manager

Main Responsibilities:
1 Report to management re: company finances including revenues, expenses, AR, client summaries, etc.
2 Key contact for annual audit and preparation/review of the annual financial statements.
3 Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
4 Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, prepare reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
5 Assists in the preparation of all cost reports and analyses. Develops and administers cost standards, policies and procedures for compiling plant cost data.
6 Assists to develop plant profit and loss forecasts. Oversees preparation of consolidated operating forecasts and statements from all cost centers.
7 Establish chart of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts, ensuring alignment with headquarters and PRC requirements.
8 Project future revenues, expenses and cash requirements – prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly cash forecast
9 Prepare / process monthly payroll and related benefits contributions as needed.
10 Prepare AR reports; manage receivables and ensure payment; follow up on outstanding invoices.
11 Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations as requested.
12 Manage bank relationships, account updates.
13 Manage vendors for payroll and benefits.
14 Reconcile the various intercompany transactions and balances.
15 Review of expense reports for all employees
16 Preparation of tax filings

Main Requirements:
1 Certified accountant.
2 At least 7 years of accounting/finance experience, of which at least 4 years as a finance manager
3 Experience with both trading accounting and manufacturing accounting
4 Familiar with VAT refund process for export.
5 Has worked in integrated ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Axapta) ERP desired.
6 Accounting or Finance degree.
7 Experience setting up new companies in China
8 Strong English and Chinese communication skills (written and spoken)
9 Problem-solving / reasoning capability
