  Job Description:

1. Arrange full set export / import shipping docs. independently. 

2. Check export LC from customer and arrange full set docs. for LC payment accordingly. 

3. Issue import LC to supplier and settle the LC payment. 

4. Arrange export / import custom docs. with custom broker. 

5. Arrange booking ( SEA / AIR / RAILWAY / TRUCK ) with forwarder / carrier. 

6. Caculate the freight cost with forwarder for different trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP… 

7. Working with both merchandiser & supplier and responsible for on time delivery. 

8. Follow all shipping process closely, good & efficient communication with customer / forwarder / supplier. 

9. Update the shipment status in shipping tracking report every day. 

10. Able to work independent and familiar with the whole process quickly.     

  Qualifications: 

1. College degree in Logistic/trade related preferred.

2. Minimum 1 year working experience in trading company/forwarder/customs clearance/shipping line etc.

3. Familiar with logistic/trade working flow and L/C process.

4.Detail oriented and able to work under pressure and deliver good results within timeframes.

5.High team spirit and commitment, energetic, customer orientated and self-initiative.

6.Computer skills required. Need to be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook at least.

7.Good English communication skills in oral and written. CET-4 or above.
