Managing a storage area with regard to the agreed targets as well as industrial protection and environmental protection. Controlling the processes as well as planning of optimum staff deployment in the respective area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:
1. SAP WM key user role.
2. Responsible for logistic and warehouse monitor and coordination.
3. Edit and update shipping and packaging specification for warehouse operation and warehouse working instruction and regulation internally.
4. Improve warehouse management process continuously, and ensure inventory accuracy and organize stock-takings.
5. New/expand warehouse project relevant tasks.
6. Manage warehouse data.
7. Handle relevant customer complaints.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, up to 3 years warehouse logistics management work experience in manufacturing company, Related experience in auto industry preferred.
2. Fluent English both in oral and written
3. Have SAP system knowledge, MM/ WM experience.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft office, Good communications, Passion for daily work.

Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

Responsibilities:

A Personnel management tasks
1 Instructing and informing the employees about methods, company procedures and processes as well as facilities, taking statutory and company regulations into account, including industrial protection and environmental protection; providing instruction about accident prevention regulations
2 Motivating employees with regard to initiative, responsibility, performance, cooperation, acting in an environmentally-aware and cost-conscious manner, thinking in terms of safety, suggestions for improvement (CIP, CSS) and further qualification
3 Involvement in the creation of assessments of the employees with regard to probationary period, performance bonus and qualification bonus, as well as implementing human-resources and social measures
4 Coordinating the existing personnel capacities with company requirements, if necessary agreement with supervisors about employee vacation planning
B Warehouse management
1 Managing a storage area, ensuring the availability of the items stored there, as well as carrying out stock checks and stock corrections (permanent inventory)
2 Checking incoming goods for damage, completeness and correctness as well as notifying the appropriate people about any differences and deviations, monitoring incoming goods bookings and delivery note filing according to valid specifications
3 Ensuring the demand-based material supply of the in-house production divisions and of the other national plants, including the complete system-related shipping processing, preparation of the necessary shipping papers and the transportation of finished goods and sub-assemblies
4 Monitoring all storage-relevant master data and storage types in the SAP system
5 Arranging and monitoring maintenance and repair work on all movable assets and plant facilities within the area of responsibility
6 Monitoring the execution of the work and checking the working methods and working procedures in use, involvement in the planning and design of the corresponding areas of work
7 Involvement in the preparation of the investment and cost center planning
8 Monitoring and carrying out measures to meet the target requirements
9 Dealing with transport damage in accordance with specifications
10 Controlling empties requirements within the area to be looked after, and monitoring the proper collection and sorting of all waste materials arising in the area of responsibility

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, up to 3 years warehouse logistics management work experience in manufacturing company.

3. Must be have SAP system knowledge
4. Knowledge of Microsoft office, Lotus Notes, Company environmental protection.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
