Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the fulfillment of customer demands.
2. Keep inventory under targeted level.
3. Define material plan with MM.
4. Close agreement with the sales planner in order to detect bottleneck situations at an early date and draw up suitable counter-measures together
5. Communication & commitment of the master plan.
6. Planning KPI follow-up Responsibilities.
7. Create and maintain a master schedule that supports business forecast, including establishing lead-times, lot sizes and safety stocks, achieve the inventory goals.
8. Analyze demand requirements to identify production and supply bottlenecks and recommend actions for resolution.
9. To ensure production planning on time availability of products to fill customer orders and on time shipments.
10. Conduct capacity planning and provide input to manufacturing regarding anticipated machine capacity issues.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. Fluent English in oral and written.
3. Up to 3 years' related work experience, preferable in automotive industry.
4. SAP experience, PP Key user experience preferred.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, good command of Excel and other office tools.
6. High level of accuracy, must be conscientious and maintain confidentiality in daily operations, Requires effective oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills, good analysis skills/Quick reaction, Able to work under pressure, Careful and persistent to details, Good communication ability, Excellent team working.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
