Controlling and monitoring of the whole operative logistics chain for individual sales articles of the customer to be supported with the aim of improving delivery service and minimizing logistic costs
Responsibilities:
A Customer
1 Processing customer orders over the complete process, as well as controlling and monitoring Kanban control loops to the customer incl. invoicing, preparing appropriate specifications for daily delivery quantities; carrying out customs handling if necessary.
2 Creating binding quantity and deadline specifications for production and set priorities
3 Agreement of device supplies with customers in terms of delivery
4 Checking incoming credit and debit notes from customers and forwarding agents, if necessary generating supplementary claims or credit notes in the event of deviations in quantities
5 Controlling consignment goods from the customer, e.g. complaints, transport damage, conversion of devices to new drawing issue status in agreement with the internal posts responsible
6 Clarifying the reasons for differences in stock levels, if necessary clarification of relocation as well as arranging for rework, dismantling or repacking of stockpiled articles
7 Monitoring products, processing various lists concerning inactive inventory items, bottleneck devices and following up excess/short deliveries, customer returns and blockage notices
8 Determining, inputting and managing the article master data in the IT system from the area of responsibility
9 Checking causes for delays in production dates and undertaking a respective adaptation of customer orders and informing the customer
10 Carrying out customer visits if necessary in agreement with the superior
B Planning
1 Monitoring the articles sold in a planning area in terms of continual readiness to deliver, taking economical points of view into account
2 Processing the production plan and the incoming production plan suggestions as well as adapting changes in requirements shown in agreement with the internal posts responsible
3 Defining planning figures for the production plan taking maximum production quantities per week into account on the basis of incoming information, own experience values and additional figures, taking general guidelines into account in agreement with the superior
4 Harmonizing production planning with the capacities given as well as initiate necessary capacity adaptations
5 Recognizing and determining the causes of fluctuations in requirements, e.g. through failure of competitor, plant vacation closure at the customers, economic ups and downs and implementation of respective adaptation of the planning
6 Controlling the settings for logistic chains stored in the system and carrying out corrections if necessary
7 Planning stock quantities for SOPs as well as specifying all-time requirements for articles in agreement with internal posts
8 Determining minimum or maximum order quantities and forming low-cost batch sizes of finished devices in cooperation with internal posts
9 Recording of articles that are being phased out, determining relevant dates and quantities still to be produced, conducting various talks about follow-on planning, re-planning, part scrapping etc. as well as introducing phase-out conditions through order steering
10 Defining and planning conversion and interim quantities in the event of device modifications and relocation of production facilities, taking into account the usage of special parts
11 Checking the necessity and feasibility of last-minute planning
12 Carrying out cutbacks in production planning after consultation with the internal posts involved and arranging for production, assembly and packaging orders that have not been carried out to be cancelled
C. APO planning
1 Preparation and evaluation of requirements, including customer-specific information from foreign companies
2 Carry out requirements/sales forecasts and estimates of the delivery quantities to be expected in agreement with the sales departments, taking customer requirements into account, apply and check the forecast procedure in the Advanced Planning Optimizer (APO) SAP module.
3 Handling or participating in the harmonization of data between the market database and APO
Requirements:
1. Qualification for technical college.
2. Up to 3 years' related work experience.
3. Knowledge of SAP modules, Microsoft Office, Negotiation and meeting management techniques, General logistics incl. flow of material and information.
4. Fluent English in oral and written.
Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers.
