职位描述
Analyzing the market database as starting basis for strategic planning and fiscal year planning. Continuous adjustment and maintenance of data in the sales planning (APO) starting from customer information, new material numbers, startups and run-outs etc.
Responsibilities:
A Sales Planning
1 Regular communication and coordination with the sales organization to identify and analyze customer information with the aim of forecasting the anticipated sales and to gain information about expiring projects in order to take these into account
2 Analyzing the strategic sales planning as the starting basis for operative planning and fiscal year planning
3 Preparing the sales planning in SAP (APO) by creating new customer-material combinations, allocating forecast profiles, analyzing and eradicating the causes for warning indications, maintaining lifecycle profiles etc.
4 Creating and maintaining relevant product and customer master data, as well as continuous adjustment of data in the sales planning
5 Initiating necessary actions in coordination with various departments at the location and at the central entities in order to remedy bottleneck situations that show up in the sales planning
6 Supporting in the development of methods for evaluating the customer-material forecast with the aim of controlling and improving the results
7 Comparing the market database figures with the operative sales planning (APO) figures, as well as initiating and executing actions to reconcile both values
8 Advising decision-makers at the location about the sales quantities to be anticipated for the next 24 months and conducting or initiating the corresponding measures to manage sales increase or decline
9 Close cooperation with the responsible capacity planner at the location and jointly pursuing measures to avoid and prevent bottlenecks
Requirements:
1. Qualification for technical college.
2. Up to 3 years, related work experience.
3. Knowledge of SAP modules, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, processes, Communication ability and team spirit.
4. Fluent English in oral and written.
Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

2. Up to 3 years, related work experience.
3. Knowledge of SAP modules, familiar with APO-DP module.
4. Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner, High level of accuracy, Requires effective oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills, Must be able to work in a team environment.
5. Fluent English in oral and written.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
