Duties & Responsibilities 工作职责

1. 维护及管理其分管领域内的日常技术工作：图纸管控及发放、新产品BOM输入及维护、对客户或者意大利总部对新产品确认的进度进行跟踪并及时反馈给相关部门，对新产品PPAP或者小批量试生产提出技术要求；Maintain & Manage the daily technical working of own region : drawing control & release, BOM build & maintain, follow up the schedule of new project with HQ or customer, and feedback to related dept. on time, propose technical request for PPAP or pilot run;
2. 协助意大利技术部，发起及跟踪其分管领域内的新产品开发项目，消除和纠正项目进行中可能造成延误的因素，***能力地保证项目按时按质完成。并对新产品开发过程中可能遇到的问题提出改善意见；Assist HQ technical to launch & track new project development of own region, eliminate & correct potential problem may cause delay, try best to keep project to finish well on time. Propose improvement while new project developing;
3. 协助采购部开发和管理塑料模具外发供应商，合理分配新模具开发任务给各供应商并每周对各供应商的模具进度进行跟踪和督促，对供应商设计的模具结构进行合理分析并提出改进意见；Assist purchasing dept. to develop and manage the plastic injection mold supplier, assign properly new molds to each supplier & follow up and push schedule, review and propose for mold design from supplier;
4. 分类及管理所有公司内的模具（包括顾客资产模具）：熟悉模具使用状况、配件及使用状况、模具保养、维修记录等。对于临近使用寿命的模具及时提出新的开模计划；Manage & classify all internal molds (customer mold included): clear for mold status/spare part/maintenance & repair record. Propose to build new mold for the mold expire closely;
5. 对零部件装配提出关键的技术要求，并协助生产部门对生产中所需的工装夹具进行设计并保证能够顺利有效地应用于生产；Propose critical technical point for assembly, design and ensure fixture to apply properly while assembling;
6. 对零部件的关键特征及尺寸提出必要的技术要求，并协助质量部门对检验中所需的工装夹具进行设计并保证能够顺利有效地应用于质量检查；Propose critical size & feature for component, design and ensure fixture to apply properly while inspection;
7. 协助SQE或QC对供应商质量问题进行调查及评估；Assist SQE or QC to investigate the quality issue from supplier;
8. 协助采购部对新产品报价提供技术支持；Support purchasing dept. to quote new product ;
9. 协助生产部对现有产品提出改善意见：提供生产制造能力、质量改进意见等；Assist production dept. to propose improvement for existing product : manufacture capability, quality improvement etc..
10. 完成其他由技术经理分配的任务。Execute other job assigned by Technical manager.

                                            

      

Qualifications & Skills 任职要求及技能

1. 机械设计制造或塑胶模具专业，本科及以上学历，从事相关技术或新产品开发工作3-5年；Major on mechanical design & manufacture, or plastic injection mold, bachelor degree or above, 3-5years career on technical development;
2. 熟练掌握塑胶模具专业知识，了解各种模具结构。对各类塑料特性及用途有很强认知，尤其是工程塑料，如PA6, PA66, POM 等；Sufficient knowledge on plastic injection mold and various mold structure, strong knowledge for engineering material : PA6,PA66,POM etc..
3. 精通CAD进行二维和三维设计，会使用SOLIDEDGE优先考虑；Proficient skill on CAD for 2D/3D design, best for SOLIDEDGE software.
4. 能够熟练使用英语和国外进行书面和口头的技术交流；Sufficient skill on English to communicate by writing and verbal;
5. 对待工作负责、认真、敬业，对待同事和睦共处、友好沟通；High responsibility for job, good communication with colleague;
6. 服从上级指挥，不阳奉阴违，按时按质完成上级交办的任务。Follow leader to finish job greatly.

Through the brand Mecline, the Company design, produce and sell a wide range of products made for the hobby and professional cleaning applications.
 Mainly we supply the leading manufacturer in high-pressure cleaners worldwide, assuring a competent and prompt after-sales service for users with and extended, capillary distribution network, present wherever the market requires it.
