工作职责：

1、访客接待：有良好的服务意识，对于大楼内的员工和访客进行基础的接待工作，完成咨询回复；

2、工单管理：能够快速学习并掌握现场设施管理、后勤管理使用的智能化电子派单系统，并根据规则做简单操作；

3、报表统计：利用空余时间，完成每周、每月的报表，并进行数据汇总；

4、领导安排的其他工作：其他行政事务性工作。

岗位要求：

1、大专或以上学历，韩语听说读写熟练；

2、年龄22-30岁之间，身高163及以上，形象良好，有亲和力；

3、良好的团队意识、服务意识； 

4、良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力；

5、能吃苦耐劳，较强的责任心与执行力； 

6、1年以上前台或行政工作经验。

工作时间：做六休一  早上7点至晚上7点
