Responsibilities:

• Proactively provide a quality service to Australian customer & buyers for the sourcing, ordering and on time shipment of product
• Ensure all merchandises deliver products to the Brands at competitive prices, at the right time.
• Define quality control plan with suppliers and secure product quality
• Guarantee key performance indicators and reach targets
• Global negotiation on quality/ cost/ delivery
• Oversee and check all development projects between buyers and merchandisers

Requirements:

• University graduate with relevant working experience with global market exposure
• At least 3/4 years working experience in childrenswear, be familiar with production and supplier management
• Experience to work with overseas buyers independently
• Familiar with quality standards & strong sourcing background
• Sound knowledge of related product category and technical requirements
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
• Well-versed in computer application - MS office
• Frequent travel within local China is required
