Principal Accountabilities/主要职责
Business Development/业务开发
1. Pay more attention and time for developing the new customers and new markets, like engineering spare parts, Medical, etc.
投入更多的精力和时间在新市场的开发,比如:工程零部件,医疗器械等。
2. Responsible for the commercial link between the whole customer group and rose plastic.
负责玫瑰塑胶和客户群之间的商务联系。
3. Develop and deliver sales budgets for the assigned customer base. Review actual sales continually and explain any variances against budget targets.
为指定的客户群制定并交付销售预算。持续检查实际销售情况,解释与预算目标的差异。
4. Manage payment and credit schedules at customers to achieve the business targets working capital. Initiate credit clearance for new customers and obtain credit limits prior to making credit sales.
管理客户的付款和信贷计划,以实现营运资金的业务目标。为新客户进行信用清算,并在进行信用销售前获得信用额度。
5. Initiate alteration (augmentation) of credit limits for current clients through the Credit Controller.
通过信贷控制员为当前客户发起信贷限额变更(增加)。
6. Negotiate mutually acceptable settlements to customer claims following technical / supply difficulties.
在技术/供应困难后,协商双方可接受的客户索赔解决方案。
7. Maintain a close watch on competitive activity both at assigned customers and in the rest of the market.密切关注指定客户和其他市场的竞争活动。
8. Report to the Head of sales-Great China all important issues like: customer visits or activities, project negotiation or evolvement
向大中华区销售总监汇报所有重要事项,如:客户拜访或活动、项目谈判或进展
Market Development Activities/市场开发活动
1. Maintain contact with the Sales & Marketing, Project Management Dept. at defined customers to smooth the passage of approval for rose plastic products.
与市场销售部、项目经理部保持联系,确保玫瑰塑胶产品的审批顺利通过。
2. Attend and visit the relevant exhibitions and bring back useful information to enlarge the customer base.参加并参观相关展会,带回有用信息,扩大客户群。
3. Feedback market knowledge back to Head of sales-Greater China and Corporate marketing staff.
将市场知识反馈给大中华区销售总监和公司营销人员。
Requirements职位要求:
? At least Bachelor in Engineering (Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
理工科专业,本科及以上学历
? Good working experience in Engineering spare parts /Medical device industries
良好的工程零部件、医疗器械行业经验
? 3-5 years working experience of business development or application development
3-5年市场开发或应用开发经验
? Passionate, initiative, self-disciplined, business ethic, team player
热情、主动、自律、有商业道德和团队合作精神
? Good English skills are a precondition
良好的英文能力是先决条件
? Excellent communication skills
出色的沟通技巧
? Be familiar with value sell, solution making, B to B and flow business
