Job Description

1、Communication with overseas offices / agents.

2、Follow up with overseas routing order shpt instruction.

3、Good communication with internal/external colleagues to ensure correct understanding on different service requirement. i.e. sop, prompt response attitude, always seeking solutions or possibilities.

4、Closer cooperation with trade lane supervisor, pricing staff, documentation clerk and airport operation.

5、Strictly follow company standard operation procedure in order to ensure effective workflow within the team.

6、Verifying all documents/statement created by documentation clerk.

7、Maintain good communication with supplier/SHPR/CNEE, make sure correct guidance/information to the customer, and coordinate upon receiving correct goods / docs information.

8、Document issuing & Pre-alert sending

9、Profit / loss calculation

10、Daily shipment tracking and information update

Key Qualifications

1、College degree or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant.

2、1-3 years experience in Logistics, forwarding or relevant service industry, preferably in the Airfreight export customer service position.

3、CET-4 or above，Good spoken and written English and Chinese.

4、Independent problem solving skill, patient and good team player

5、Proficient in MS office

6、Hard working, responsible, good team player and can work under pressure

7、Good communication skills in email, phone, and interpersonal relationship
