岗位职责：

1、销售人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；

2、管理客户关系，完成销售任务；

3、了解和发掘客户需求及购买愿望，介绍自己产品的优点和特色；

4、对客户提供专业的咨询；

5、收取应收帐款。

Job Description

This position is responsible for all the domestic sales related activities. Develop new domestic wholesale customers in the markets of sales channel. Maintain the customer relationships, understand and communicate customer requirements. Work with the relevant internal department to increase the sales volume to customers. Achieve annual business objective according to the business plan.

Responsibilities:

1. Make the Sales Action Plan for the regional market & accounts assigned

2. Provide required account management services for key accounts assigned in order to maintain and/or increase account productivity

3. Be involved in all domestic sales related activities, like participation in sales road-show & attendance in trade function, trade shows & promotions as directed

4. Implements programs to win continued clients' loyalty as directed

5. Be responsible for the business opportunities within the regional market in order to meet the sales target set6. Develop productive sales relationship with all customers & potential ones

6. Prepare sales reports & do marketing research activities

7. Assist the line manager in preparing the annual sales budget for management approval and implementing the sales budget when it is approved

8. Actively participate training requirements to sharpen sales ability

Qualifications:

* At least 2 years experience in China basic bakery related business field

* Relationship with major customers, distributor, wholesale or major screen-printers is a plus

* Strong communication capability, interpersonal skill, customer-oriented and strategic thinking

* Good English and Chinese language capability in both verbal & written

* Willing to travel domestic frequently

* good team work spirit, proactive, accountable & detail-oriented
