RESPONSIBILITIES:

My job is: to analyse data and provide intelligence on people KPIs and headcount figures to the business. I also provide logistics support to the expatriates working for International Sourcing
- Period reporting - including Key Performance Indicators, Headcount report, leavers' analysis, career progression and other people related information
- Handling issues and logistics for managing expatriates i.e. accommodation, and monitoring costs and expenses to align with their contracts and guidelines
- Centralizing the recruitment and employee adjustment process and documentation for the hub offices
- Supporting HR process, initiatives, research and ad hoc projects, e.g. performance management, viewpoint, talent spotting, etc.



REQUIREMENTS:

- fresh graduate from the university, bachelor or above degree

- major in HR related subject

- fluent in both written and oral English

- Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with different departments in the company and stakeholders

- quick learner

- can work under pressure
