Job scope:
Work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties, lead a process and quality team on daily operations. Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have partly impacts to operations department. Tasks can be different and require prompt and accurate judgment.

Key areas of accountability:
?Make sure Sub-con has received all the necessary documentations needed for new projects / ready for trial run / evaluation of trial run.
?Make sure Sub-con is producing according to specifications and Work Instruction.
?Make sure Sub-con has received all the BOM related SERs/samples and ready for mass production. Oversee new project MP start and ramp-up.
?Make sure Sub-con is implementing CP/CN and Concession Note timely and correctly.
?Resolve conflict between sub-con and site team when necessary.
?Coordinate the conflict between Sub-con and colleagues in Shenzhen office when necessary.
?Monitor the sub-con performance in terms of factory CLIP, FOR, Outgoing Quality, Scrap, Bad cost and Delivery.
?Take lead to drive for improvements when sub-con performance is below target.
?Co-ordinate with sub-con for sufficient resources (people, line capacity, tooling and available material) to meet customer demands.
?Work with sub-con and site team for productivity improvement opportunities.
?Ensure sub-con is always ready for customer visit and audit.
?Oversee the site team (discipline and what needs to be done).

Qualification:
?Academic / Professional Qualification: University graduate or above
?Working Experience: 7 years above for Production Management
?Have good understanding of Production Management and integral business concept
?Good understanding of PCP process
?Process oriented (cross functional instead of functional),
?Able to work with standard office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
?Language skills: Good command Mandarin and English on both writing & speaking (a must)
?Personal Attributes: Aggressive, Proactive, Outspoken and drive for improvements
