职位描述
Position title: Merchandiser业务跟单
Job responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Communicate with customers and confirm PO. Coordinate the production with suppliers and follow up the shipping process.
和客户沟通确认PO，协调工厂进行生产，跟进货物出运。
2. Follow closely the forwarders and ensure on time delivery
联系货代进行货物的运输，确保及时交货。
3. Solve problems occurring in the logistics.
处理出运流程中的问题。
4.Communicate customers' requests and production status. Work out sales/production forecast, shipping log and other related reports/forms.
沟通客户的需求,供应商的进度和出运情况，制定销售和生产预测，出运报告和其他相关报表。
5. Be responsible for some importing work.
负责一部分进口的工作
6. Be responsible for some sourcing work.
负责一部分供应商开发和采购的工作。
7. Warehouse management
相关货品的仓储管理
8. Other related assistance

Recruitment criteria 招聘要求
- College degree above. Fluent English (CET 4 above, especially in written)
大专以上学历，英语良好（相当于四级水平以上,特别是书面英语）
- At least 3 years of hands on experience in export & import or merchandising. Experience in import and export declarations is requisite.
至少3年专业的进出口或外贸跟单的工作经验，有进出口报关的经验
- Professional experience in sourcing is preferred
有专业国内供应商Sourcing的经验为佳
- Excellent communication skills and organizing skills
优秀的沟通能力和管理能力
- Be familiar with windows and office software.
电脑Windows和Office软件操作熟练
- Can work under pressure and be keen on continuous improvement.
有持续改善的工作作风并且能够在压力下工作
- High moral standards. Proactive, patient and customer focused.
有优秀的道德品行，积极主动，有耐心和较强的客户服务意识。
