1. Be in charge of all CNC machines and relative accessory.

2. Maintain machining equipments, devices and tools.

3. Monitor all the machining fixtures and keeping them in good condition.

4. Help tools keeper managing tools on site.

协助库房管理员整理现场刀具。

5. To give necessary training for our operator: how to control CNC machine, use fixture, measuring tools and handle components on &off.

给操作工必要的培训：CNC机床，工装夹具，测量工具的合理使用。

6. To solve problems with machining team and train operators to improve their skill.

和团队一起解决问题，给操作人员必要的培训，提高他们的技能。

7. Monitor operators to follow working instructions and safety regulation.

监督员工严格遵守工艺规定和安全守则。

8. Keep the quality first concept and continuously improvement.

保持质量第一的概念并能持续改进。

9. Design and improve our tools and fixtures to reduce routing time.

设计改进工装夹具，降低工时。

10. Complete the job which assigned by immediate superior.

完成直接领导的交办任务。

Qualification 任职要求:

1. Technical secondary school or college is plus.

中专或者大专毕业。

2. Strong capability in CNC operation and programming ( Fanuc or Siemens).

熟练的CNC机床操作能力和编程能力（西门子或法那克）。

3. Have 5-8 years experience in mechanical industry.

有机械厂工作5-8年的经验。

4. 2-3 years experience as a technician.

2-3年技术员的经历。

5. Be familiar with fixture design and cutting tools selection ( lathing, milling, boring and grinding.

熟悉工装夹具的设计和刀具的选择（车，铣，镗，磨）

6. Auto-CAD skill and fixture designing.

CAD熟练，有工装夹具设计经验。

7. Good communication skill and team building.

良好的沟通能力和团队精神。

8. Good English skill is plus.

英语良好者优先。
