消防快送维修顾问能够”为客户提供专业的维修服务和维修解决方案，并提供卓越的客户体验。

维修服务顾问在其服务区域内按时拜访单位客户，定期对客户机构内的各种装备进行检验，并引导客户进行进一步的保养及维修。

维修顾问需完成现有客户的保养维修方案，并积极挖掘新客户，向更多的客户推广消防快送的维修保养服务。

具体工作内容：

1.在服务区域内对装备进行维修，并不断发展消防快送维修保养业务

• 上门对客户的装备进行问题诊断，并给予维修意见
• 不断挖掘并寻求新的发展机会，将服务全方位覆盖到做在区域，在服务辐射区域内全面推广消防快送的维修业务。
• 负责追踪管理消防器材的定期维修服务
• 对接区域内客户，积极回应客户需求
• 向消防机构介绍消防快送的“资产管理”功能， 积极推进该功能在消防机构中的使用范围和频率，并对有兴趣使用该功能的消防人员进行耐心细致的使用培训。
• 在拜访消防机构的过程中引导客户体验二维码器材维保功能，将二维码黏贴到需要维护保养的器材上。
• 维修顾问负责查看并追踪其服务范围内服务器材的维修保养周期，并在器材所需维修保养之日到来之前积极联系或拜访客户，提示客户对器材进行检查、保养或维修。
• 按时拜访及联络消防机构的基层管理人员，保持积极良好的客户关系。
• 维修顾问需具备基本的机械维修原理，根据各装备的《设备维保检查项目》表格对设备进行现场检查，对设备各零部件的使用寿命及损坏情况进行评估，并如实告知客户。
• 在拜访结束之后确保作业场地干净整洁。

2.与消防快送其它部门共同合作

• 与大区门店经理积极沟通，及时向经理汇报工作当中遇到困难和疑虑。
• 服从大区经理安排，按时参与大区会议。
• 积极与消防快送软件开发团队沟通。询问并留意一线用户对消防快送软件及小程序的使用评价，将客户反馈***时间报告给软件开发团队。并向软件开发团队提供改进建议。
• 掌握并熟练使用CRM，保证团队各部门之间能够顺畅沟通，协调合作。

3.做好服务站的设备接收及运送工作

• 按照运输要求对需要维修的装备打包
• 确保设备***时间运送到消防快送维修中心
• 积极与客户沟通，协助客户在手机客户端查看维修状态

• 有机械类设备的维修经验
• 有快速学习的能力，经培训后能熟悉消防快送的业务覆盖范围及维修能力
• 为人自信。敢于拜访权威部门及相关人士，并对服务对象提出维修建议
• 能够适应短期出差。
