Job targets & decision making

-Ensure the fullfillment of the project timing requirement, cost/budget requirement and quality requirement in launch phase.
- Ensure the compliance with company intern standard procedures and state legal guidelines for project management.
- Main responsible person for successful mass production launch.
- Assist launch team members in plant quality, plant process technology, plant production and plant logistic department with necessary engineering resource to reach mass production launch target.

Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage mass production launch regarding technique, timing, quality, cost and fulfillment of all company intern and customer specifications and state legal requirements.
- Main contact person for intern regarding mass production launch related issues, ensure sufficient support to launch team through intern competent team members.
- Support the machine acceptance activities and manage quality acceptance activities, manage the necessary kickoff and review meeting for each trial run in launch phase.
- Coordinate the analysis to diverse issues for example product NVH, performance, SW/HW issues, found in the launch phase through intern competent team members.
- Organize the samples and test reports for internal use and organize sample delivery and test reports to customer before responsibilty handover to plant team.
- Changemanagement.
- Support Project Manager to prepare and carry out the project reviews and risk management inclusive FMEA after review 3.

Required Competency & Qualification

1.Knowledge
EducationBSc or more, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
LanguageFluent Englich and/or German

2.Experience
Auto.Industry or related E.EPAS Development Experience preferred
Leadership_ dept.supervisor/manager
Project leader experienceAt least three years of Project/Launch Manageent experience in automobile branch

Presta Shanghai was registered on May 31st, 2011 with total investment of 33 million Euros. As Asia Pacific headquarter of ThyssenKrupp Presta Steering System, ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) is responsible for management of Presta business in Asia Pacific area. Meanwhile, it is an integrated part of global sourcing activities.

ThyssenKrupp Presta Fawer (Changchun) Co., Ltd. (TK-PFC) is a joint venture company founded on October 11th, 2003 in Changchun. It is invested by ThyssenKrupp Presta and Steering Factory of Fawer Automotive Parts Company Ltd with 60% to 40% investment share. The Company mainly engages in product development, manufacturing and marketing of steering columns in China.
Main customers are FAW-VW, FAW Truck, FAW Car, Tianjing-Xiali, Beijing-Benz Daimler, Renault Samsung Motors, Great Wall Motor, and Beijing Automotive etc. The annual production capacity is 2.4 million pieces currently. The Company fully devotes into development of safe, reliable and high-performance steering columns by implement the advanced techniques and business strategy.
