Responsibilities:

1.Host guests and do the registrations.

2.Update and inform department staff on company or department policy, procedure, and PO management.

3.Purchase clients-visiting food, drinks and so on.

4.Arrange meeting room booking, and booking Hotel and tickets.

5. Book lunch and dinner of client.

6.Door Guard management.

7. Support reception related job.

8. Enhance 5S or Lean project in the office or public area.

9. Other tasks arranged by N+1.

Requirement:

1.University graduate major in English.

2.Over 1 year receptionist or Admin assistant experiences.

3.Computer skill: Excellence in Excel, Words, PowerPoint and others.

4.Planning and organizing skill.

5.Good command of both written and spoken English.
6.People skill: negotiate with outside vendor for better price or delivery schedule.-大专以上学历,英文专业优先。
-有一年以上前台或行政助理经验者优先。-普通话标准，良好的英语听说能力。 -组织协调能力强，责任心强。 -形象良好，声音甜美，沟通力强。 -熟练使用电脑及公办设备。

The Consumer Products Services Division provides independent, impartial and professional services to our clients. Our services are organized by product lines: Testing and Inspection for Toys and Hard lines; Testing and Inspection for Textile products; Certification, Testing and Inspection for Electrical and Electronic Products (LCIE); Social Accountability Audit & Factory Assessment.

The Government Services & International Trade division specialized in trade facilitation, import valuation and inspection of goods, in order to provide our clients with an effective safety and quality control, as well as compliance with trade regulations.
