职位描述
· POSITION OBJECTIVE
1. Marketing promotion for Lifecycle Care Business related to DeltaV Control System
2. Explore PSS Lifecycle potential business opportunities
· MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lifecycle Care services marketing and business development activities across China.
1. Transfer Lifecycle Service value to customers
2. Cooperating with local Sale to expand Service adoption for Key Account
3. Develop Lifecycle Care Service programs for DeltaV/SIS/AMS - Guardian Support, System, Upgrades, Spare Parts, Resident Engineer ,Scheduled On-Site Services and some value added solution services .
4. Work with the Sales/Services teams to create the energy and passion to reach the lifecycle care business goals.
5. Performs training for the Sales teams on Lifecycle Care Services programs and selling methods and techniques.
6. Mentor and develop the local sales organizations to achieve Best Total Services Solution for the customers.
7. Bring and create fresh new Lifecycle Care business ideas and make it possible to deliver/achieve. market tendencies
8. Full understand customer needs and our Lifecycle Care Services and match them according to our Service Solution Selling Program.
9. Key results to be achieved: growth of Lifecycle Care Services (KOB2/KOB3) bookings, Services growth, Services Agreement Adoption and Retention ,Guardian Support Adoption, Retention and Advance service solution adoptions

· JOB COMPETENCIES, AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED
1. Leadership and interpersonal skills:
² Listen and support others.
² Motivates Sales to achieve business goals.
² Proactive and energetic.
² Establish communication with senior Customer leaders and Emerson sales/ services leaders.
2. Customer Orientation
² Listen and understand the internal and external customer needs.
² Ability to influence and persuade others to reach new opportunities.
² Understand and demonstrate the difference between Services and Products.
1. Base Knowledge on Emerson Control System Products (DeltaV, DeltaV SIS, AMS etc.), PlantWeb Concept.
2. Mandarin, Fluently oral and written in English
Can work independently.
· EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. Strong DCS expertises and familiar with main overseas DCS supplier products
2. Technical English reading and writing is a must and good oral English is preferred
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills
4. Engineering/Technical bachelor or above degree.
5. 3-5 year engineering and technical experience, including 1-2 years of sales and customer interaction.
6. Candidate is able and willing to travel frequently, 50% of the time.
