职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. AP reconcilation with operation/vender;
2. AP invioces registration and P.O matching, input expense voucher and other AP processing;
3. Settle invioces discrepancies and reply to overseas service center (India);
4. Prepare necessary documents to release payments on time;
5. Follow up the long term outstanding and clear the balance, reconcile vendor statement;
6. Ad-hot tasks assigned by supervisor, mamanger or Finance Controller.
Specifications:
1. College or Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting,Business,or equivalent;
2. 1-2 years experience in accounting, preferably in AR or AP;
3. CET 4 or higher, fluent English speaking and writing;
4. Good at software--Office,especially with EXCEL;
5. Team working spirit required;
6. Self-motivated and self-starter, keep improving work efficiency.
