Job Description:

- Provide support to multiple factories to ensure Corrective Action Plans developed by Manager Audit Compliance are completed.

- Provide support in evaluating potential new suppliers.

- Provide support for customer and licensor compliance programs.

- Provide compliance training to third party suppliers as identified by Supplier Compliance Supervisor.

- Research labor standards issues, NGO reports, and media issues relating to third party suppliers in China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam,

- Complete special projects as required in support of the ACCO Brands' Social Responsibility and Security Programs.

Job Requirement:

·Bachelor's degree.

· 5 - 7 years experience with corporate social responsibility, human rights, international labor standards, codes of conduct and/or social compliance monitoring preferred.

· Effective process management and ability to create solutions to problems, employee is expected to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment.

·Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities while achieving high level results.

·Excellent planning and organizing skills.

·Highly self-motivated, with sense of urgency and initiative.

· Must be able to function as both an individual contributor and a team-player.

·Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally.

· High ethical standards, honesty and integrity and be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

·Fluent written and spoken English and Putonghua.

·Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

The candidate should hold high ethical standard and able to mix easily with wide variety of people with an understanding of team work value. Require excellent English skill to communicate with all levels within the Company . Extensive travel is required.
