Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Perform incoming material measurement
• Develop incoming inspection process and inspection criteria
• Design CMM fixture for measurement
• Develop off-line CMM program
• Monitor supplier quality performance
• Perform sample incoming inspection on time and recording data in system
• Measurement solution
• Fast action to all supplier issues happened in incoming material and production line, root cause analysis and follow up corrective actions, such as 4Q/8D Sorting when needed
• MSA for measurement system
• Issue complaint report in SAP QM system and follow up until issue closed

- Monthly report and maintain data in system

- Other jobs assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
. 3+ years working experience in mechanical/Electronics manufacturing company
. Solid knowledge and 3+ years experience in inspection machines usage, like CMM, Project, …
. Very familiar with inspection rule of country and Industrial field
. Has national skill certification is preferred
. Has basic management skill and 2+ years management skills
. Have knowledge in QC tools.
. Problem solving and proactive
. Self-discipline, self-motivation
. Communication skills and team work
