Key Accountabilities
重要职能
1. Purchasing, Inventory Control and Supplier Management
采购、库存控制和供应商管理：
Process and follow through purchase orders for stock replenishment.
为了补充库存以处理和跟进采购订单。
Process purchase orders for customer orders.
为获得客户订单而处理采购订单。
Ensure purchase order consolidation to select suppliers
确保巩固采购订单以便选择供应商。
Follow up overdue purchase orders
跟踪逾期采购订单。
Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers and report irregular dealings timeously.
发展和维护与供应商的关系和报告非正常的交易情况。
Continuously monitor supplier performance and conduct regular scheduled review meetings, in conjunction with Product Manager
与产品经理合作，不断监督供应商的履行情况，并定期进行审查会议。
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers in cooperation with respective Product Managers
与各自的产品经理合作，就与供应商的合同和定价进行谈判。
Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented and managed in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
确保不断实施和管理改善措施，以提高效率和降低成本。
Ensure inventory turnover and stock usage in line with company policy.
确保存货周转率和库存使用符合公司的政策。
2. Accounts payable
应付账款
Process supplier invoices as required
按要求处理供应商发票。
Process supplier credit claims as required.
按要求处理供应商的信贷索赔。
Process supplier payments as required. Ensure overall A/P days are in line the companies requirements
按规定处理供应商款项。确保全部应付账款天数在公司规定范围以内。
Log and report late payments to suppliers monthly.
每月记录并将向延迟付款报告给供应商。
Coordinate with Finance department on urgent payments
与财政部门协调紧急款项。
