Responsibilities:

1.Provide all-round and high-level services such as business consultation and information feedback to customers and sales.

2.Accept customer's entrustment and inquiry, provide operation instructions and ensure connection smoothly between customer service and operation process.

3.Transmit business related information to relevant people timely and accurately.

4.Maintain customer resources, understand the customer needs, develop customer advanced needs, master the customer dynamics, and feed back the information to the relevant departments timely.

5.To sales our business about customs declaration goods and develop our direct customers.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

6.Pursue high customer satisfaction through truly understanding client's needs and deliver the best solutions.

7.Other assigned tasks by manager.

Requirements:

1.College degree or above

2.Good verbal and written Chinese and English CET-4 or above.

3.Experience in international logistics industry around 1 year. Has Import and export e-commerce customer service experience is Preferred.

4.Good Communication skill , sense of customer service and language expression ability.

5.Good command of computer skills and office software, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc;
