Shipping Executive -Locate in Shenzhen

Requirement:
1. University graduate with degree in foreign trade or related major.
2. 5 years or above working experience in shipping documentation preferably in trading environment
3. Familiar with import & export quarantine/customs declaration procedure
4. Got the customs declarant certificate is a plus advantage
5. Hard working and positive working attitude,attention to details. Ready to take challenge.
6. Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
7. Proficient in PC applications, Microsoft office and ERP system

Job Descriptions:
1. Handle full set of shipping documents
2. Manage with the logistic company and follow up the customs clearance with them
3. Coordinating with internal & external parties for documentations follow up.
4. Management of company's quarantine declaration/ customs declaration. Resolving any emergencies that arise
5. Liaise with Finance department, sales department, customers and forwarder for the cargo delivery.
6. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
