Job describtion

• Self sufficient, strong knowledge of Charter Parties, daily operation of vessel, crew and Charterers. Must understand all problems associated with everyday aspect of ship monitoring, and strong organisation skills.
• Understanding of vessel voyage management and shipping technical software, hire statements, invoicing, time sheets, vessel performance.
• Work with rest of team and Vessel Supervisors to ensure continuous improvement in operational efficiencies using effective cost control processes.
• Active support to the Master/Officers on board vessels is essential
• Good working knowledge of the main cargo types and loading/ discharging procedures.
• Previous experience in dispute resolution and interaction with P&I lawyers an advantage.
• You will be expected to give timely and business critical advice to the Master/Officers, chartering managers, stevedores, port captains and agents.
• Will need to liaise with P&I Club, external lawyers and consultants to ensure the effective and efficient
  
  
  
  Qualification Requirement
  
  
  
  At least 5 years vessel-related experience.
  Should have a Analytical nature, leadership skills capable of building up a small team.
  Basic understanding of Marine Accounting.
  Seagoing experience an advantage but not a must.
  Operational Excellence, Safety, and Environmental initiatives.
