一．工作职责：

1．编制各种设备的日常保养计划具体内容和要求，报现场经理审批，并负责(经批准)计划的落实和实施，并检查计划的完成情况和质量情况。每月提交计划的完成情况和质量情况于现场经理审核后提交客户。

2．配合现场经理完善客户各大楼内变配电、给水、送排风、中央空调、BA等系统的管理制度、保养制度、操作规程、工作标准、巡查表格及应急措施等报现场经理批准实行。

3．配合经理编制员工培训计划；负责编辑空调、锅炉、给排水、送排风及装修等技术指导文件，对员工进行专业的培训和理论、操作考核，不断提高员工的业务技术水平。

4．派发和落实运行保养任务单、维修工作单；督促检查运行保养、维修工作情况，执行服务质量回访；对重要设备的运行故障或存在缺陷必须亲临现场组织排除。坚持每天巡视、作好班组的各类工作记录。

5．抓好班组建设，关心员工生活，提高员工的主观能动性。带领班组员工，按时完成客户及上级交办的其它任务。

二，任职要求：
1，持有电工证，学历不限，电气自动化相关专业；

2，5年以上相关维修工作及管理经验。
