职位描述
Key Accountabilities
1. P&O Business Partner
Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development and representing the people and organization dimension in the regional management team;
Anticipate annual business plan to include people, organization plan to support business objectives and vision
Drive the development of effective high performing business leadership teams
Anticipate RGM and leadership team for people and leadership succession plan development, sustaining progress and its development plan execution; hence talent pool development and sustaining
Develop, distribute, sustaining, reviewing and continue stretching together with leadership team on people and organization KPI and its productivity measures
Consult and coach business leaders on associate issues and sustainability
Leads associate engagement, supporting growth and development of people in the business
Facilitate effective local associate / labor relations and manage local society impact
2. P&O Generalist
Provide expert advice and guidance on recruiting, performance management, rewards and recognition, compensation, associate relations, training and talents development
Develop, maintain and sustain in alignment with national P&O for critical coaching and mentoring mechanism development and its effectiveness to potential associates
Maintain, sustain and effectively communicate all update and refreshing of labor regulation and status to all associates
Execute and communicate together leadership team on people appraisal system and its results to provide incentives in growing the organization
Provide benchmarking and review of region people and organization level of standard and performance to RC China, Mars China and to market
Align with national business partner for all time talents availability pool to include strategic hiring for optimizing people resources for business strategic project and expansion
3. Change Management
Support organization and regional transformation plan and process to meet business structure objectives as well as lead key P&O change initiatives
Key Functional Skills/ Knowledge
Ability to engage and relate to all associates and then inspire changes in systems, processes, people management practices and performance management;
Connect with region, develop strong understanding of their operations, and then apply that to design people solutions;
Good presentation skills, possess a strong ability to engage and manage change effectively;
A client service mentality and be able to appropriately influence the regional leadership team;
Strong logical thinking ability to apply to process re-design and re-engineering;
Strong negotiation ability, can quick solve problems & challenges encountered;
Strong program management experience and project management skills;
Key Experiences
Extensive P&O generalist / business partner experience in rapidly changing environment;
Proven ability to influence business leaders on new systems, tools and people management practices;
Experience aligning people strategy to business strategy;
Minimum of 6-10 years in a sizable corporate / MNC environment;
Mixed experience and a background in FMCG or Professional Service industries is preferred;
Fluent English (written and spoken);
Strong consulting, interpersonal, coaching and analytical skills;
Solid track record of developing and implementing P&O projects and programs to drive change and improve organizational and leadership effectiveness;
Demonstrated competence in associate relations and deep knowledge of labor law;
Measurement
KPI's for this role will be jointly set with National P&O Manager, however success in this role will be measured by (but not limited to):
Implementation of all P&O systems, programs and policies;
Retention of hi-po talents;
Associate engagement
