职位描述
Core Accountabilities:
1. Monitor / steer forecast from customers.
2. Keep good communication internally and externally, communicate demand and supply status to customers and internal involved colleagues in time, solve any issue on demand fulfillment.
3. Handle sales order, convert planned order which comes from sales order to purchasing order.
4. Work closely with suppliers to trace and prioritize purchasing order fulfillment, ensure purchasing order is finished as planned.
5. Make delivery plan and manage goods shipment.
6. Create outbound delivery and shipment, follow up shipment status, ensure on time shipment.
7. Realize customer satisfaction through quick response, flexible and reliable delivery.
8. Manage safety stock with suppliers, to ensure product availability on good level.
9. Take ownership of sales and planning master data, ensure its accuracy.
10. Responsible for master data maintenance, ensure master data is maintained on time and accurately.
11. Manage invoice and payment with suppliers and customers.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
1. College degree above, major in logistic or commerce.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
3. Good computer skill, knowledge on SAP is a must.
4. At least 3 years working experiences in material/logistic management.
5. High self-responsibility.
