负责公司社会保险、公积金缴纳工作；

负责建立公司人力资源档案并及时更新；

负责员工关系处理及员工入离职手续办理工作；

负责公司BENQ系统维护工作；

员工关怀、团队建设、企业文化活动方案执行；

完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格：

大专以上学历，3年以上人力资源相关工作经验；

具备良好的文字能力，良好的亲和力、服务意识；

有良好的沟通、协调合作团队的能力，责任心强。
