Job purpose:

- Inventory control KPI yearly target follow up and to be sure the performance attain / above the KPI target

- - Prepares, communicates and educates cross functional team (e.g. regional sales and logistics teams, etc.) on changes in stock control policies and practices within the organization.

- Independently leverage the stock level on the national level and escalade the hard issues to control the result within tolerance

- Periodically report the performance and tracking the process well. Think positively to synergy the working process and improve the efficiency

Responsibilities:

- Planning and replenishing the stock of the import kibbles for fulfilling the regional demand and arrange the co-packing work in SH plant according to the Safety stock policy

- Weekly stock structure review and monitoring, professional and proactively communicates with regional logistics team/sales team to improve the stock moving and avoid both SLOB and shortage

- Weekly coordinate with Regions and SH factory for the production arrangements, stock balance, safety stock level control and empty bag replenishment

- Reporting request including:

a) National view stock monitoring bi-weekly report and the root cause analysis /the follow up action plan

b) Weekly regional ordering traceability report and fulfill rate report

c) Unfulfilled weekly sales order tracking report generation and reasons recording

d) Bi-weekly stock shortage/write off log for recording / tracking the abnormal issues to improve the supply status

- Other responsibilities assigned by the line manager / Function Head.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree or above

-Min. 3-5 years' working experience in Supply planning, Distribution planning and replenishment planning in multiple DCs

-Fluent in English both oral and written

Key Competencies Include:

-Team work spirit

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Experience in Supply Chain projects will be preferable
