财务分析经理/Financial Controller

Responsibilities

    

-          Provide and consolidate timely financial analysis including but not limited to variance against P&L/budget/ forecast/ business plan, financial performance review by BU, new business tracking report, new project startup, monthly financial review, sales result, and etc.;

    

-          Work closely with accounting team to ensure quality and reliability in reported financials and provide guidance to the team as necessary to resolve issues;

    

-          Prepare business case analysis for existing and new projects including investment evaluation model to assist new investment decisions;

    

-          Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting to support business growth in China;

    

-          Coordinate activities with other departments and work for groups as needed;

    

-          Cash flow analysis and forecast and optimization (fix day deposit…)

    

-          Financial products management with bank to mitigate exchange currency risks for ASI projects (RMB vs. EUR or USD)

-         Other tasked assigned by management.

        

    

    

    

    

Qualifications

    

-          Bachelor’s degree or above, major in financial management, accounting or related field;

    

-          +8 years related experience in accounting & reporting, audit/internal control, managerial experience preferred;

    

-          Strong financial, analytical and modeling skills;

    

-          Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate with other teams;

    

-          Fluent in English. French will be a plus;

    

-          Working experience of logistics, trading will be highly preferred.
