• 负责项目保洁、空间管理、室内绿植、班车、健身房、宿舍的管理；
• 定期组织供应商周会和供应商日常工作改进及服务质量提升；
• 月度供应商KPI考核及月度费用结算确认；
• 汇总分析供应商工作月度报告；
• 负责管理的供应商和其他部门的工作协调；
• 每周进行一次空间管理更新，和客户HR 保持沟通；  

• 及时处理客户投诉，安排供应商及时整改，并反馈客户；  

• 对供应商管理数据记录详细，及时把握供应商状态；
• 负责审核向客户发布的通知、标识；
• 项目经理安排的其他工作事项；
• 与客户方之间保持良好的关系。
