Responsibilities:

    

-  Responsible for office administrative stuff and ensure the smoothness of the office daily operation;

-  Responsible for company contracts archiving and compiling  

-  Assist the arrangement of accommodations /transportations of visitors

-  Office admin budget forecast and planning; 

-  Company internal stationary purchasing, equipment maintenance, office asset management Liaise with 3rd part to conduct the office redecoration and logistics;

-  Logistic work supporting for other company internal activity

-  Secretarial duties to assist President as required

    

-  负责办公室日常行政工作；

-  负责公司相关合同的编制和归档；

-  协助安排访客在中国的食宿和交通；

-  负责办公室行政预算和行政规划；

-  公司内部文具采购、设备维护、公司资产管理；

-  与供应商联络，保证办公室重新装修和配套物流工作的顺利进行；

-  协助举办公司的团体活动；

-  根据要求负责总裁的部分相关的秘书工作。

    

Job Requirements

    

-  College education background

-  Average level of English skill is needed

-  Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

-  Familiarity with office management procedures

-  Good knowledge of MS office

-  Work conscientiously careful, thoughtful, active in work, with a high sense of responsibility and sense of confidentiality.

- 大专以上学历；

- 良好的英文沟通；

- 较强人际交往和解决事情的能力

- 有办公室行政的相关经验

-  熟练使用MS Office等办公软件
