To provide feedback from assessment of sales and non sales calls

Report findings back to MD
并向MD汇报
Agree compliance v quality issues with management team
执行管理团队关于电话质量的决策
Monitor fixed percentage of calls and investigate anomolies
监督一定比例的电话记录
Complaint investigation
调查投诉
能够收集到销售过程中各种数据,分类统计
Collect all kinds of the data during the sales and do the statistics
完成各项数据分析,制定报表和图表
Analysis the data and make the report ad chart
熟练的excl表格操作和格式使用
Familiar with the excel
Responsibilities 职责
Report any incident of fraud immediately to MD
及时向MD汇报问题
Provide compliance report to MD 向MD提交监督成果报表

Work with Team leaders to report findings back to sales agents
向销售主管反馈销售情况
Provide feedback to correct poor practice 纠正不恰当的行为
Listen to calls and review against CRM notes/contracts/pipeline
监督电话并检阅CRM备注,合同和销售预测情况
Spot check on specific areas of operation - at the instruction of MD
按MD指示定点抽查区域的操作情况
Audit fixed percentage of sales 审查一定比例的订单
Work with CS to investigate complaints or miss selling- compile information and present to CS manager for action
与客服一同调查客户投诉,找出解决方案
