职位描述
Overall Role Purpose:
Develop identified Global Multinational Customers by expanding Senior level Global and Regional customer relationships and identifying customer supply chain needs- working closely with the GMNC country based teams to leverage the power of the DHL Express network to grow the business and achieve the AOP Revenue target.
Accountabilities:
1、Manage own sales pipeline and identifiy opportunities for x-BU collaboration
2、Create a competitive advantage for the customer by selling service and price for value
3、 Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and DHL Business Units to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals
4、Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with the customer and DHL BU’s, countries, and regions
5、Build executive relationships within the Industry Accounts
Skills / Qualifications:
1、Thorough understanding of Supply Chain concepts, preferably with some industry specialization
2、Strong ability to operate and functionally manage people in an informal matrix structure. (Networking, persuasive)
3、8 years experience in a commercial environment
4、3 years Consultative Selling experience working at Board level
5、Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills (local language + English)
