岗位职责:

1.提供管道技术采购文件；
2.参与管道阀门采购策略的制定；
3.负责与供应商谈判技术解决方案以及设备参数确定，包括供应商初始会议中所提到的注意事项；
4.遵守参考文件内容并提供直线工程师所要求的管道设计后续文件；
5.负责检查并评论外部文件（合作伙伴、承包商等等），管理并检查接口数据（类型、大小、定位）；
6.协调与其他团队的合作并向项目负责人或直线经理提交报告；
7.若对由于项目需要进行人力整改有任何问题，需通知首席管道设计工程师；
8.负责对任何缺失信息进行及时反映；
9.负责对任何场地要求及时反映，并对NCR的处理操作承担必要的任务，负责工具及图纸内信息必要的输入工作；
10.分析客户需求并按时提供解决方案；
11.参与设计评审及冻结；
12.确保项目经验及反馈。

1.Provide technical piping procurement documentation;
2.Participate to the elaboration of the procurement strategy for piping and
valves;
3.Negotiate and agree with the suppliers the technical solution of the
supply and reflect in the Equipment Specifications and in the notes of the
supplier’s equipment start meeting.;
4.Comply with the forecast dates for information & drawings submission.
Provide information to prepare the flat-file to follow-up the piping design
progress upon request by L.E;
5.Check & comment external documents (Partners, Sub Contractors…) and manage
& check the interface data (type, dimensions , location…);
6.Coordinate his job with the other team members and report to the Project
Authorities and/or the Line Management;
7.Inform Piping Lead Engineer of any difficulties regarding adaptation of
manpower according to the needs.;
8.React to any missing information;
9.React to any site requirements and assume the necessary tasks to operate
the NCR processing. Input the as-recorded information inside the tools and
drawings;
10.Analyse of client’s comments and prepare answers duly argued;
11.Participate to the design review and the design freeze;
12.Ensure experience feedback from the project.


任职资格:

1.工程类专业相关技术领域工作背景；
2.至少三年以上在能源行业担任管道工程师的工作经验；
3.熟知管道设计的方法及规则并对其有深刻的理解；
4.熟练掌握管道设计及相关计算工具（PDMS/Rohr2）的使用；
5.流利的英语听说读写能力；
6.能够保证绩效、强大的抗压能力、坚定立场并能够自我激励；
7.良好的学习能力，热爱创新，处事灵活。

1.Minimum Engineering Degree appropriates to the technical field involved;
2.At least 3 years experience in piping designing & calculation in energy
industry;
3.Know and apply the design methods and rules for piping and valves
including a good understanding over the fences;
4.Good skills in the use of designing & calculating tools like PDMS/Rohr2
and etc;
5.Be fluent in English (written and spoken);
6.Steadiness in performance, the ability to stand up well under stress,
ability to stand his ground, self-motivation;
7.Learning capability, openness to innovations, flexibility.
