Duties & Responsibilities

    

• Develop key competencies model and soft skills related training, and manage program ensure results, outcomes, progresses, coaching to competencies to support business growth strategy.
• Responsible for training and development programs focused on soft skills, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs.

            

• Design and develop the training plan of soft skills through analysis of business needs, ensure the plan is combine with the job competency, employee performance and business strategy.
• Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel develop needs and propose solution for the leadership team.

    

    

    

Job Requirements

    

·         Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, organizational development or related disciplines; Master’s preferred.

    

·         3+ years of HR experience specialized in training & development, and 5+ solid experience in HR field.

    

·         Must be a team player with strong people skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organization and ensure programs are relevant and aligned to business growth and development.

    

·         Be able to develop and facilitate soft skills training is preferred.

    

·         Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and non-verbal) in Chinese and English.
