Duties & Responsibilities

    

• Organize and manage talent review every year for levels in need, facilitate consistent implementation of calibration process cross SBUs & functions in China.
• Facilitate internal talent movements at Directors level and above, to ensure internal talents are placed into appropriate roles to ensure that business needs as well as the individuals’ on-going development and career progression are met.
• Develop succession plan system: including assess key talents of key positions, measure the depth of the talent pipeline, organize and implement related succession planning programs.
• Create specific development programs to accelerate development of identified HIPOs, leverage internal & external resources. 
• Consults with managers and others using 360-degree feedback tools or other assessments tools.

                        

    

    

Job Requirements

    

·         Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, organizational development or related disciplines; Master’s preferred.

    

·         3+ years of HR experience specialized in talent management, and 5+ solid experience in HR field.

    

·         Must be a team player with strong people skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organization and ensure programs are relevant and aligned to business growth and development.

    

·         Be able to develop and facilitate coaching or soft skills training is preferred.

    

·         Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and non-verbal) in Chinese and English.
