Safety, a Product Area within Sandvik Tooling, is looking for several Customer Service Representatives based in Langfang to support our growing sales activities in China.
Responsibilities:
To work closely with the sales team and support them to achieve sales objectives and improve the sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Give direct customer support for all commercial matters such as quotations, orders, delivery follow-up and product enquiries.
Take part in improvement projects to increase service efficiency
To confirm, verify, enter and follow-up customer orders in our order systems
Support distributors in the order process
To do filing for all customers' contracts and other related documents
To proactively follow up status of orders e.g. delivery status.
Entry of new and changed Customers in our Systems
Support sales team regarding Credit Control and Payment Follow-up
Proactiviely communicate via telephone or electronically with prospects and customers, and manage all aspects of a given territory.
Outbound calls to support events and activities
Technical Support to catalog specifications
Requirements:
Skills and understanding in Mechanical Engineering is preferable
Ability to speak and write in English would be a plus
Good knowledge of computers (Especially Microsoft Office, advantage with experience in Customer Order Management)
Service minded and customer focused
Social skills, ability to work in team
