Responsibilities:
A. Planning and definition of work steps, working sequences and tools, jigs and fixtures.
1 Involvement in the specification with regard to the operating equipment requirement specification in cooperation with the departments involved taking account of the cost, quality and deadline targets.
2 Planning of manufacturing sequences for individual tools, jigs and fixtures with the help of existing manufacturing methods taking account of ergonomic, production engineering and commercial knowledge and guidelines and standards by arrangement with the responsible process planner; determination of the manufacturing costs in cooperation with the departments involved.
3 Working out of suggestions for design of individual components in accordance with manufacturing requirements identifying concrete potentials for saving; inspiring design or production engineering changes.
4 Planning of individual tools, jigs and fixtures based on capacity and assignment plans to be drawn up; definition of kind, extent, and number of individual tools, jigs and fixtures (including auxiliary and series tools, installations, special machines); initiation of procurement or making of the defined tools, jigs and fixtures by arrangement with the responsible process planner.
5 Determination of available internal capacities for the construction of tools, jigs and fixtures capacities; estimating the costs and working out of suggestions for internal or external procurement.
6 Definition and description of individual manufacturing sequences, manufacturing capacities and operating equipment data taking account of the planning variables to be determined (workflows, planned times, batch sizes); drawing up of manufacturing plans using existing systems and methods.
7 Involvement in risk assessment in the process FMEA taking account of the customer requirements until SOP.
B Other tasks
1 Planning and coordination of the making of samples of individual components (including component registration and provision); monitoring of the sample making; if necessary, initiation of design changes by arrangement with the responsible departments.
2 Analysis of test sample results of individual tools, jigs and fixtures based on the documentations and test results taking account of the customer requirements and, if necessary, derivation of measures.
3 Involvement in internal and external pre-series audits in the field of production / quality assurance.
4 Drawing up, updating and administration of manufacturing documentations in accordance with the guidelines.

Requirements:
1. Certificate of readiness for higher vocational school.
2. Up to 3 years related work experience, experience related to automotive field is preferable.
3. Basic knowledge of Notes, Microsoft Office, Quality assurance, Assembly technology.
4. Fluent English in oral and written.

Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
