职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Supervise and review monthly and annual financial statements/budgets/forecasts in accordance with accepted policies and procedures for 2 teams
2. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
3. Implement and maintain accounting control procedures
4. Resolve accounting and tax issues
5. Responsible for the group's working plan, budget, staff daily operation and internal service control procedure
6. Tax compliance returns and submissions
7. Provide training on technical skills, updates on accounting guidelines and staff development to team members
8. Organize the work of the team members and guide team members to provide the services for clients
9. Review the work of team members
10. Meet with the potential clients and prepare proposals or quotations for clients, build good relationship with clients
11. Responsible and report to Assistant Manager/Manager
Requirements
1. Accounting degree or equivalent (CPA or CICPA)
2. Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles including China GAAP & IFRS
3. Knowledge of accounting practices and principles
4. Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
5. A minimum of 6 years experience in accounting and management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
6. Have strong interest on learning new things and willing to be a good team player.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and being able to work under pressure.
8. It is preferred that candidates are conversant in Kingdee accounting software or other applicable accounting software packages
9. Excellent written & oral communication skills in English, with the qualification of CET 6 or above
10. Strong computer skills-including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
