Responsibilities:
A Employee management tasks
1 Involvement in the hiring of new employees with regard to requirements profile, evaluation of suitability and working conditions as well as familiarizing new employees with the workplace and company equipment
2 Instructing and informing employees about methods, company processes and workflows and equipment taking legal and company regulations into account, including health & safety and environmental protection regulations; giving instructions about the rules and regulations for the prevention of accidents
3 Motivating workers in terms of taking the initiative, responsibility, performance, cooperation, acting in an environment- and cost conscious way, awareness of safety issues, suggestions for
improvement (CIP, ESS) and further qualification
4 Involvement in the drawing up of appraisals of the employees with regard to trial period, productivity bonus and qualification bonus and implementation of personal and social measures
5 Coordination of the existing personnel capacities with the operational requirements, if necessary, arrangement with superior with regard to vacation plan for the workers

B Stock management
1 Stock management, in particular assurance of availability of the stocked articles and performance of inventory checks and inventory corrections (perpetual inventory, if necessary, initiation of identity checks
2 Control of goods inward checking with regard to damage, completeness and correctness and reporting of differences and deviations to the relevant departments; monitoring of the goods inward bookings and the delivery note filing in accordance with the valid specifications
3 Assurance of material supply in accordance with demand of the internal production areas and plants including the complete system-based dispatch handling, drawing up of the necessary shipping documents and transport of goods and assemblies manufactured
4 Key user function with regard to questions and problems in the SAP system module MM-WM, monitoring of all inventory-relevant master data and storage types in the SAP system, introduction of measures to ensure system availability
5 Initiation and monitoring of maintenance and repair work on all movable assets und operational installations in the area of responsibility
6 Monitoring and, if applicable, optimization of work execution and the working methods and procedures in use, involvement in planning and designing of the appropriate working areas
7 Involvement in the drawing up of the capital investment and cost center planning
8 Monitoring and implementation of measures for target achievement
9 Handling of damage in transit in accordance with the specifications and of the processing of logistics complaints
10 Steering of demand for empties in the plant and monitoring of proper collection and sorting of all waste materials produced in the area of responsibility
11 Handling and monitoring of scheduling and storage of hazardous substances in accordance with legal regulations

Requirements:
1 Qualification for technical college.
2 Fluent English.
3 up to 3 years related work experience.
4 Knowledge of Microsoft office, Lotus Notes, SAP, Environmental protection in the company.


Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
