· Ordering the raw material according to customer orders, ensure supplies and services for departments and divisions.
· Securing the best price for all purchases without jeopardizing quality.
· To be sure generating and submitting purchase orders in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
· Confirming all orders and their subsequent delivery including reconciling the shipments, manifests, short- and back-stocked orders and damaged items.
· Log all purchases into the centralized purchasing ERP system for proper tracking and classification.
· Maintain a large database of vendors and contacts within the industry.
· Assist in making quotation
· Follow up the purchase order to supplier.
· Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:
Bachelor degree, Material or mechanical major or related;
Over 1 year working experience as a buyer, prefer in steel industry;
Goog skills in Auto CAD;
Good knowledge about technical drawings;
Able to communciate with foreigners in English;

Competencies:
Proactive,smart, fast learner,high efficiency.
